EMERGENCIES
If your pet is having an emergency during our open hours, please call and we will advise you if you should come in to see us or go straight to the ER. We make every effort to see our clients for urgent care, and the nature of the emergency will determine our recommendation.
**If your pet is having an emergency after hours, please consider the following emergency hospitals-they are open 24 hours a day and can see your pet without an appointment**
URGENT CARE
If you are concerned about your pet during our open hours, please call and we will let you know if we have any availability. We make every effort to see our clients for urgent care.
**If you are worried about your pet and we do not have any availability, please consider the following urgent care clinics**
HOSPICE CARE
We care for your pet in all stages of life. When appropriate, we will aid you in creating a plan to keep your pet as healthy, happy, and comfortable as possible during their senior years.
If you do make the decision to put your pet to sleep, you may opt to have your pet put to sleep in the comfort of your own home. Although we do not provide this service ourselves, we recommend several house call veterinarians who provide in-home hospice care and euthanasia services.
PARKING
We currently have five designated parking spots in front of the hospital for clients. Please do not park across the street as we do not own that parking lot.
There are limited free 2-hr parking spots on Somerville Ave that intersects with Allen Street. There is also permit parking on Linden Street (behind the hospital) for individuals with Somerville permits.
